Clay-At-Home: Candy Corn or Turkey Vase
NOTE: All products are available for pickup only at our Corvallis, Oregon studio.
This project is great for younger than school aged children, with some parental help. Older kids and adults may enjoy expanding on the design. The candy corn can be done in about an hour but the turkey may take as much as 3 hours with careful finishing and painting.
Each kit includes:
3 lbs of wet clay in a bag
5 colors of underglaze (white, yellow, orange, brown and a bit of red)
1 wooden modeling tool
1 paintbrush
1 length of embroidery floss (18”)
1 paper clip and a square of cardboard
Glazing and firing are included
