





Philomath Art Gallery Membership
UPDATE: This is no longer a pop-up situation! Vicki is signing a lease in July, moving the Slipstream Clay Studio operations into ½ of the building and the gallery can have about 15 members.
By filling out this form and paying the $100 fee, you are committing to display your work for the first month of the Philomath Art Gallery (tentative installation date: Wednesday July 2 all day and evening). You will have the option to continue showing for subsequent months at $65 per month. This will be managed through an autopay membership on this website. The opening day is anticipated to be July 3 but may change to August 3. You will be notified when the details are resolved OR you will be notified that the proposal will not go forward. In the event that the proposal does not go forward, you will receive a refund (minus 5% for the website processing convenience fees that I pay).
You will sign up for/complete one 4 hour “open time/sales” shift during the month
You will volunteer for 3 hours of promotional, events planning or installation work
You will help promote/hopefully attend a reception event for the artists (tentatively Friday, July 25 6-8pm)
You will attend a meeting at the end of the month to discuss next steps (tentatively Sunday, July 27 5-6pm)
The commission on the artwork sold will be 10% to cover my website/squarespace fees and start a small fund for some space improvements/promotions. I’m not looking to make a paycheck from your artwork.
You will provide your own high quality display, like a booth. I will have some fixtures and shop equipment to help with this.
