You are about to make a donation, that is not tax deductible, to help Slipstream Clay Studio LLC meet the cost to open the Philomath Art Gallery co-op for local artists. Slipstream Clay Studio is a business and may conduct business in this space as well. It may, in a perfect world, become a distribution point for Georgie’s Clay Supplies and may eventually house a small clay studio in addition to the gallery.
I can’t tell you what it means to me to have help and encouragement to start this. I love Philomath and want to do good by it. Also, I have been training for this my whole adult life. More than dollar amounts, your donation will let me know that this is worthwhile and desired in the community.
If you donate money for this, and it happens, I will say thank you by putting your name in print a few times, give you some sort of ceramic love object that I have not yet conceived and I’m planning a patron's booth to show your work. Some of you will even get hugs. If I don’t get enough artists, I’ll refund your money (minus 5% for the website processing convenience that I pay).
